Simple, Balanced, and easy to use.
This build lets you have a very easy energy economy without sacrificing anything. You won't even need Energize.
Keep in mind you don't Want/Need a maxed [Fleeting Expertise] since the maximum Efficiency attainable is 175% Best. This will also let you have additional Duration.

Aura Slot mod can be changed to anything you like

Due to easy Energy management, you can change Primed Flow to anything you want.

• Swap to Mesmer Shield to Support Team
• Change to Natural Talent if you want Additional Casting Speed
• Literally Anything.

Molt Augmented is a must, to [Reach] 250% Power strength and let you do 100% Reave. You start at 12 Mesmer shield stacks and 15 at max stacks of Molt Augmented.

The second Arcane Slot Can be anything.

• Molt Efficiency to have more Duration (you will always have your shield up)
• Arcane Strike/Fury (For those who want to melee) Personally I prefer Strike.
  -Literally Anything.

You can also swap Exilus Slot for anything, [Speed Drift] increases the travel speed of Reave and Casting Speed. But if you don't need that feel free to be versatile.

If you Don't have at least Rank 9 [Umbral Intensify], swap it with the normal variant, and change the [Augur Message] with [Augur Secrets].
This will still let you get 250% + Strength but with less duration, or remove [Flow] and keep both augur mods. less energy fewer spam, but still easy enough to use.

Subsume is not necessary and is entirely Optional.
