[Vile Precision] gets fire rate low enough to increase [Internal Bleeding]'s slash chance to 70%. If you don't have a riven, swap it out for a bane mod and drop [Bladed Rounds] for [Rime Rounds]. If using a primer drop all elementals and just build as much crit damage as possible with a bane. You can also opt for [Critical Delay], however it drops the fire rate so low that another mod slot is needed for a rank 1 [Vigilante Fervor] and has about 2k less dps than this build.
