Paper DPS means little to the [Kohm], ignore any build that uses [Primed Chilling Grasp] with it. It's one of the biggest noob traps.
[Primed Chilling Grasp] only boosts its Viral Damage(paper DPS) and Viral as damage type is no bueno, it's the proc that we want.

Adding fire will only dilute our procs, we don't want that.

Keeping Viral damage as low as possible, but high enough so we can get our 10 stacks, lets the IPS have a better chance to show up (this is why a low Toxin rolled [Kohm] could fit the Meta better, but I digress) slash in particular.

For any dot build, u want a bane mod, double dipping it's huge. I don't like bane mods, so feel free to use one.

Galv Savvy and [Primed Point Blank] are almost neck and neck, either u start the mission with decent damage or you lose +80% status.
