Short Explanation

Guaranteed slash proc on throw detonation. Prime your enemies with viral (secondary is nice with dual wielding [Glaive]), hold melee attack button to throw [Glaive] then detonate with heavy attack button.

• No [Condition Overload] because it does not work on throw explosion.
• [Volatile Quick Return] to easily hit more enemies. The throw explosion has no damage falloff. If you are able to reliably hit the enemies you need to hit, you should replace it with [Gladiator Might].
• If you prefer, you can use [Sacrificial Pressure] instead of [Primed Pressure Point] for a higher expected value of the slash proc (about 8,5% higher). However, guaranteed slash damage (and slash damage with t2 crit) is lower with [Sacrificial Pressure] (about 7,1% lower). Also, you would need another forma (V).
• [Power Throw] is an insane multiplier but it requires attention and effort to keep up. If you don't want to worry or only situationally throw your [Glaive], replace it with [Gladiator Might]. If you have already replaced [Volatile Quick Return] with [Gladiator Might], use [Spoiled Strike] instead.
• [Primed Smite Grineer], [Primed Smite Corrupted] (or [Primed Smite Corpus]) depending on the mission. Against Corpus, you could use the [Cerata] as a thrown [Glaive] because it has a guaranteed poison proc. Anyway, this build is extreme overkill for most content anyway.
