The damage is mediocre but with Viral/Heat elementals and Hunter Munitions Mod, this weapon should handle most enemies with ease. Decent Status Chance for a rifle and Critical Chance/Damage will significantly increase that damage output, plus HM will do the job done.
The [Acceltra]'s rockets have a minimum arming distance of 7 meters, meaning that they will not explode if they make contact with objects or enemies within that range, and thus making the Acceltra safe to use in close quarters combat.
Rockets have a guaranteed Impact proc.
Rockets explode in a 3-meter radius after impacting a surface or enemy.
It's a "fun-gun" because of its little BUT... Very inefficient ammo economy; requires just 2 reloads to fully deplete all ammo reserves. Without Carrier (Prime) and his [Ammo Case] Mod, the fun ends very quickly.
Exilus has another Ammo Mutation Mod, so you can have "fun" for much longer :)
Bane of Faction mod is flexible, change it according to the faction you are up against, or simply put [Vile Acceleration].
