During parades and victory marches, the Laetum fired pigmented airburst rounds that rained onto festive crowds. The Orokin sent Laetum with the Zariman so they could properly celebrate a successful maiden voyage to Tau. There would be no such celebration, but the Void imbued the Laetum with a much more explosive capacity.

It is important to note that Overframe does not take evolutions into account for purposes of calculations. The DPS in game will be much higher due to the additional fire rate, head shot damage, and base damage.
Additionally with the Headshot Changes making all AoE not proc headshots, and [Galvanized Shot] being multiplicative with Incarnon weapons it is on this build. This will make the direct hit out pace the AoE in damage.
If you want to change viral for corrosive simply swap [Frostbite] with [Jolt].
I'm not a huge fan of faction mods but they would do well here if you can offload the critical chance onto an arcane. Alternatively you could replace [Lethal Torrent] with the faction mod, or just run Roar on your frame.
If projectile flight speed is an issue you can replace [Steady Hands] with [Lethal Momentum] and Rapid Wrath with Marksman's Hand.
