Instead of being their own multiplier like on all other weapons, it's additive with Ability Strength.
(Assume Mesa is Rank 30)
Step 1: Ability Strength and Mod Damage
Modded Base Damage = 50 x (4 + 3 x Non-conditional Ability Strength + 1.5 x Conditional Ability Strength + Damage Mods)
Example:
Let's use [Power Drift] (15% STR), Sling Strength (40% STR), Hornet Strike (220% Damage):
50 x (4 + 3 x 0.15 + 1.5 x 0.40 + 2.20) = 362.5 Damage
Step 2: Damage Ramp-up
The game introduces a separate multiplier depending on number of Peacemaker shots fired.
The multiplier starts at x1 at 0 shots, and ramps up to x2.5 for 20+ shots.
Example:
At full ramp, the damage per shot of the previous calculation rises to 906.25
Step 3: Everything Else
Every other mod and multiplier applies the regular way.
Let's use [Lethal Torrent] (60%, 60%) and [Pathogen Rounds] (90%)
906.25 x (1 + 0.6) + (1 + 0.9) = 2755 Damage per shot
Crits also work with no caveats
Step 4: Fire Rate
Fire rate of Peacemaker starts at 3.7 RPS and rises to 14.8 RPS over 3.5 seconds of holding the trigger
Fire rate mods apply as usual, so we'll use [Lethal Torrent] from the previous example at max ramp
2755 x 14.8 x (1 + 0.6) = 65238.4 DPS
The result of all these calculations is this:
1) You want to use unconditional Ability Strength sources on [Mesa], because they are twice as effective as conditional ones
2) You don't want to put more than one +% Damage mod on [Regulators], and if your Ability Strength is high enough, you may want to drop it altogether.
3) Don't use the Overframe calculator. At all.
These [Regulators] are to be used with this Mesa, [Amalgam Furax Body Count], and Sling Strength.
Step 1 and 2
Let's assume we have 4 status procs on an enemy, which is pretty easy to get.
50 x (4 + 3 x 0.44 + 1.5 x 0.6 + 1.2 x 4) x 2.5 = 1415 base ability damage.
Step 3
Elemental damage, Multishot, Faction mods, Crit bonus
Crit Bonus = 1 + Modded Crit Chance x (Modded Crit Damage - 1)
1 + 0.718 x (6.3 - 1) = 4.8
1415 x (1 + 1.65 + 0.9) x (1 + 2.3 + 0.6) x (1 + 0.55) x 4.80 = 145 838 average amage per shot
Step 4
Uses [Amalgam Furax Body Count], Arcane Velocity
145838 x 14.8 x (1 + 1.2 + 0.45 + 0.6) = 7 014 808 DPS
