- Sling Strength for +40% Strength

- Regulators with a damage formula explanation.
- Slash-based Exergis for when your energy runs out or you meet a nullifier, it also holds a Motus Setup. Easily the least relevant part of the build.

- Incarnon Ceramic Dagger to convert initial combo with Secondary Outburst and to hold Motus Impact.
- Panzer Vulpaphyla for [Equilibrium] and Viral.
Gameplay, Rotations and Strategy
Pillage is used because at high levels armorstrip is extremely necessary, and even 1 cast is a sizeable damage multiplier. It also cleanses all status
60% Strength from Archon Shards and Sling Strength gives you 204% Ability Strength, which lets you armorstrip enemies with 2 casts of Pillage.
[Brief Respite] with 1 Augur mod lets you fully restore your shield with DDK if you cast any ability beside [Regulators]
Incarnon [Ceramic Dagger] can get 8x initial combo, which then converts to +96% Critical Damage from secondary Outburst, which affects [Regulators] for a very nice damage increase
The build is very energy hungry, that's why we run [Flow], Arcane Energize, [Streamline] and [Equilibrium]. This is the reason why you still need a primary.
Nullifiers will be the bane of your existence, but their bubbles can be handled by your [Epitaph].
We run [Motus Signal] instead of Prime [Sure Footed] not only because the latter in not widely available, but also because it teaches you the right gameplay strategy.
Peacemaker is stationary, and gives you immunity to Stagger and Knockdown while active. Running pillage necessitates that you get out of it sometimes. During that time you need to be moving, and that means casting all your abilities midair. Running [Motus Signal] gives us both mobility and safety for that.
