Just a poor warframe player build, with easy to get mods and no forma.
If you have amalgan [Organ Shatter] I think it might be better to trade a little bit of damage for wind up speed.
If you have primed versions of the mods, use them, it's always better, but I don't have'em :(
Remember to heavy attack while [Cerata] is mid flight, this is a manually explosive build.
