[Charm] & [Tek Enhance] are such overpowered mods that I would dare say that they are indispensable.

The rest of the build is built around the near-required mods of [Animal Instinct] & [Fetch], then new Bond mods and survivability.

Important note about [Mischief] & why you shouldn't use it: It draws fire to your Cat & they crave for death. We don't care about the cat's damage, only that it's an alive kitty.
