The Gist:

• Equip a Decaying Dragon Key for easy shield gating.
• Cast Empower to boost Mesmer Skin.
• Cast Mesmer Skin.
  ~ Knockdown is completely negated when active.
  ~ Enemy status effects are completely negated; however, environmental status still affects you/enemy napalm.
• Use Reave to move around the map / pseudo rolling guard.
• Kill things.
  ~ At the 250x kill count, the Molt Augmented Arcane will have your ability strength at 60% (which heavily boosts Mesmer Skin).
• Laugh at status, as [Quick Thinking] will literally save you every time, and you can roll off anything with [Rolling Guard].
  ~ Arcane Resistance is just there to stop Toxin, as it bypasses shield gating and your reaction time with Rolling Guard/Quick Thinking energy pool.
• Re-cast Empower + Mesmer Skin when low.
• The shield gating setup will proc if Mesmer Skin runs out, giving you 3 seconds of complete invulnerability.
