The best defense is a good offense

This build is based on the PoE skill called "Flicker Strike", where the character teleports endlessly between every possible enemy and defeats them all.
This is extremely good with [Excalibur], because his Slash Dash grants us invulnerability and scales with a few other melee bonus that we will use to hit hard enemies around lvl 100, allowing us to complete almost all the game content.

Complementary arsenal

Recommended Status Stick -> Prisma Skana with mods that increase Slash Dash damage and grant better combos

Pros/Cons

Pros:

• Basically immortal build
• Only 1 forma
• Deals enough damage to clear most content of the game without much effort
• Ignores armor
• Can clear groups of enemies with a single cast
• Requires only 17 mana per cast

Cons:

• Mana dependent

Main concerns :

• Slash Dash should kill and be easy to maintain
• We can use a weapon as a "Status Stick" to boost Slash Dash Damage
• Combo counter improves the damage output of the slash procs from Slash Dash
