This is my Steel Path [Ivara], I can do it almost all missions with her. Almost infinity invisibility.
I use Roar (replace [Artemis Bow] to get [Precision Intensify] buff) for máximum damage, can use Eclipse too.
Put a silent exilus mod on your primary weapon to kill without cancel your invisibility.
For máximum ability strength use Molt Augmented. You can use Arcane Fury for melee kills or Arcane Acceleration/[Rage] for primary weapon kills too.

For shards, you can put two Azure archon shard, one with health and the other with armor, two Crimson archon shard, one with primary status chance and the other with ability strength, and one Amber archon shard with 30% maximum energy filled on start.

I use this build with this Kuva Hek build to easy kill Archons.

For missions I use a silenced [Ignis] and this Glaive to kill everone with invisibility on. You can replace the riven with primed preassure point.
