Too bad overfame does not take into account buffs from waframes, i would play this with my [Wisp] build, easily adding more than enough attack speed to boost it up, you can obviously add an faction mod here, but imo it is overkill.

this build is effective in steel path tested on hydron steel path.
need a bit of help to start doing damage because of the arcane merciless but once it's going, you will breeze through lots of ennemies
