This is a build for the Daikyu intended to be used entirely as a stat-stick; It's not meant to be fired at all. The main thing this build has to offer is the incredible lifesteal bonus from Amalgam Daikyu Target Acquired, which can make almost any frame tanky provided you can keep yourself from getting one-shot. The mods on this build are quite obvious. I've taken every possible mod which benefits something beyond the weapon itself, even if the bonus is trivial. The extra sprint speed from [Amalgam Serration] is noticeable and appreciated, but the set bonuses from [Aero Periphery] and [Proton Jet] are quite niche. The Hunter set bonus may also seem underwhelming, and it usually is, but due to [Ash]'s innate bonus to slash procs and Nikanas' usual heavy focus on slash, it has the potential to get some value.
