Just made this to get a gun with the highest fire rate I could. If you get a riven, go for -recoil, +fire rate, and -reload time with a curse that doesn't impact anything. You can replace Vigilante Fervor to fit the riven, then use Primed Rifle Ammo Mutation in the exilus. Secondary Deadhead is for the meme because no way are you getting a precision kill with this.
