Not for anyone's real use, just something I'm mucking about with for a friend to review, since I'm mostly new to the game and am working my way up to the Prisma.
This build can work on the normal [Grinlok] too, I think. Maybe.

Replace [Galvanized Chamber] with [Split Chamber] if you can't afford one from warframe.market, or can't grind for one, though it's a good idea to replace [Split Chamber] with [Galvanized Chamber] later on. Same goes with Galvanized Aptitude and Rifle Aptitude.

Edit: Moved Eagle Eye to the Exilus slot to put a Grinlok Riven there. Riven incorrectly shows -92.8% weapon recoil, when the actual riven is -95%.
