[Galvanized Savvy] doesn't work on this gun there is no point in slotting it. No really, go in game and test it yourself. It doesn't actually increase the damage at all.

Riven is worse than [Primed Point Blank] with no stacks of Merciless but they even out after 1 kill and the riven surpasses it after the 2nd kill.
