[OUTDATED] Kuva Hek Archon 1 shot build made by someone that knows how the build works

This build has gotten a weirdly large amount of attention so I feel I should say some things here but leave the original info written up down below.
1.) This was for 1 shotting archons which to my knowledge became impossible after an update over a year ago... So I really don't understand why ya'll are looking at this in the first place? This is not a general use build.
2.) I have no intention of ever actually updating this build because its intended purpose was removed.
3.) I'm now going to respond to some of the comments I've gotten over the years.

"Maybe this isn't the best place for this but, I am having difficulty understanding what exactly we are doing to overcome damage attenuation. I understand that we don't want immense base damage because the boss will just tune that down. But how come it doesn't tune this damage down?" - -velstadt
Damage Attenuation used to not account for multishot or crit, so the combination of both we had on the build just kinda overwhelmed the system and let us nuke them in 1 shot anyway.

"What if instead of [Incendiary Coat] we sub in the new radiation mod? [Atomic Fallout], +60% radiation, +40% magazine size? That bumps the magazine up to 6, not that it matters, but what does it do to the damage per trigger pull?" - voyagerwitch
60% Radiation is less damage than every other mod on this build so it would have been useless for its original purpose. If you were to use this weapon against Archons in modern day I think it'd be a lot more substantial since you need to shoot them more than once. However, this build would probably need a lot more changes to be better suited for the task post attenuation rework.

Literally the entire point of the build was to bypass damage attenuation to kill on the first shot. We ran [Galvanized Hell] because we didn't need to shoot THE ACTUAL BOSS first to be getting that extra damage. You can't one shot a boss by shooting it a bunch before the one that kills, that's not how numbers nor Damage Attenuation works. Also I don't do clickbait. When I say it killed in one shot I don't mean priming them up with some other nonsense first, I mean one fucking shot.

You're so right bro. Unfortunately that change came after this build lost its purpose but I totally would have run it over [Galvanized Hell] and then swapped [Vigilante Armaments] for [Primed Chilling Grasp] if this was a thing when this build was good.

I literally never said anything about needing to kill enemies or that being the problem. Cause it's not the problem. Refer to my response to Rustmonger and maybe read things over a second time to be sure you're not misunderstanding the problem going forward.

You should replace this build with one that's relevant. You right though, I would have put that on this build if it existed back then.

Not on this build, as stated in the part where I say Xata's is better. Because it was.

I saw too many "archon 1 shot" builds that run [Galvanized Savvy]. You do not run Savvy for those builds because you can't gain any damage from it if you have not shot the enemy first.

Archons have Alloy Armor which is weak to Radiation (75%), Cold (25%), and Puncture (15%). Weaknesses for armor are special in that they double dip in effect. First they ignore that percentage of armor, and then they increase your damage by that percentage too. So for Radiation an enemy with 100 alloy armor is treated as having 25 armor and then you also get bonus damage on top of that. That is why we use a Radiation valence [Kuva Hek] to start with and then also mod for more radiation.

Also, I advise using [Ivara] or [Zephyr] for this since [Ivara] can have a huge free Headshot multiplier on her Prowl or even a massive crit damage multiplier if you use [Empowered Quiver]'s dashwire.
[Zephyr] just gets +150% crit chance while airborne which is just enough to get this weapon above 100% crit chance.
No matter what frame you end up using I advise subsuming Roar or [Xata]'s Whisper onto them because both of these abilities are not factored by Damage Attenuation, which is the thing that's making the archon fights so shit that you're reading this guide on how to build a weapon that 1-shots them in the first place. Xata's Whisper is stronger but it shouldn't matter at this point.


Edit: I have finally gotten around to doing the math and determined that [Blaze] is in fact stronger than [Primed Chilling Grasp]. Not by that much though so feel free to use whichever you want.
