This build is a Sidearm for ESO specifically. the Synoid gammmacor is not an especially Auspicious Weapon, but it is Viable enough to grind down Eximus in ESO, and its unique effect to restore you energy is very relevant in the high speed grinder that is ESO.

Crushing Souls in ESO with unprecedented efficiency means finding ways to squeeze as much as possible out of your kit, and being able to shuffle most of the burden of your energy economy off to your sidearm means Energize is. no longer required. even better, its not longer even optimal.

Stacking this with a couple of Amber Archon shards gives you about 77 energy per Energy orb which is alot of energy. add to that the energy that the Entropy effect restores once every 30 seconds or so, which is not much, but every bit helps.
