Sporothrix: Gas build (Viable) (augment)

This long-distance rifle fires a razor-sharp, virus-soaked barb that continues to attack its host before violently erupting in a spore-laden mist. Scoped headshots increase lethality.

Sporothrix: Gas build (Viable) (augment)

Update 3, added augment and [Radiated Reload]

The [Sporothrix] has a lot of problems related to it's slow combat speed... However, there are still some ways to make it work... Like this gas build

Gas damage doesnt really have a lot to offer, specially against grineer factions... But against anything else, it can provide AoE group shredding (outside of level cap and probably anyone at lvl 200 before i tested this build) to anyone who tries getting in your way...

But back to grineer... How do i usually deal with them? Obviously emptying a [Mag] to kill heavy ones and hope for viral, lesser grineer might not be a problem despite gas not doing it's thing... Although the base damage is already good enough to kill them

Primed fast hands (or aero agility if using an stat-stick) and [Primed Shred] are very essencial mods to keep this weapon going, providing goofy amount of reload speed and punch through to maximize dps... Punch through will not affect part of the AoE, so you'll be able to do viral procs on whoever you are aiming without having to shoot at their feet
([Primed Shred] doesnt punch through rip)

For rivens, priorize on getting status chance first... Then either reload speed, multishot, damage (flat or faction), slash, punch through, elemental mods or fire rate
Electric isnt usually recommended, but if you are looking for better nuking... This will be your go to!
Cold or [Primed Cryo Rounds] isnt recommended

Primary deadhead will give you an better head start in the game, being able to one shot to the head some enemies and enhancing gas procs way futher
[Target Acquired]? Hmmm... Maybe

It will still be tough to stack deadhead later on, so it might be situational sometimes

Ability Synergies:
[Funnel Clouds]
[Garuda] passive
Seeking [Talons]
Esnare
[Beguiling Lantern]
Sea snares
Rest & [Rage] (Day form)
Redline (obviously)
Nourish

(Build outclassed by the [Perigale])
