There's a corner case here where slotting [Primed Pistol Gambit] will give you 90% crit, and Creeping Bullseyes will give you 93%. But doing so breaks the synergy with [Galvanized Shot] for having one more status type to trigger against, leading to overall DPS loss.

Also, don't use Cascadia Flare, use Cascadia Empowered. The high status rate will proc additional hits for more raw damage of the proc'd status type.
