Aegrit builds
Builds by ChrisW

Aegrit

I mainly use this build with [Khora] when I have [Phenmor] and [Praedos] equipped and am doing Zariman missions so I can easily kill stuff stuck in the Strangledome.

Expel Mods aren't used because I don't like switching between them.
Since I don't use these too often in missions, Galvanized Mods and Secondary Merciless aren't used.
The projectiles can be exploded in the air so Lethal Momentum isn't that great since this isn't a long-range weapon. Extra projectile speed would be bad anyway since it would make it harder to hit enemies in the air.
[Magnum Force] is used instead of [Hornet Strike] for the added spread giving you a larger area of effect.
[Amalgam Barrel Diffusion] is used since a consistent 2 projectiles has already been reached.
[Primed Pistol Gambit] is used over [Creeping Bullseye] because you are already over 100% critical chance so the extra 5% critical chance isn't worth it.
[Ice Storm] gives you one more shot before reloading which is nice but doesn't provide as much damage or Status Chance.

Only 4 shots can explode at once so any builds using more multishot should be exploded before firing again. This build doesn't lose out on anything from firing twice, then exploding. Firing twice then exploding gives you a total damage of 1.35 million which will fall off to a minimum of 400k at 13 meters and a chance of at least 1 Status Effect of 88.5%. This means with 2 shots (4 projectiles), you have a 38% chance to proc Heat and 27.6% chance to proc Viral which means 66% of the enemies will likely die if the initial damage wasn't high enough.

In practice, this kills the majority (depends on how close to center of explosion) of Steel Path fodder enemies with 2 shots (4 projectiles). Bombards take about 4 shots to kill. Heavy Gunners are very resistant to this weapon. This was tested against level 130 Steel Path with no damage bonuses, but Secondary Dexterity was active. With a 70% damage boost from Roar, this was easily killing most enemies but tougher enemies like Heavy Gunners, Nox, and Eximus will still pose a challenge.
