Cast 2 for armor, and 3 to strip armor. Extinguish armor when it becomes too hot to handle.

Then basically spam 4 (cast at maximum heat for max damage)

Arcane grace would also be a good choice, but really you can use whatever arcanes you want. These are just my personal preferences.
