Headshot based Basmu

Yeah, Getting headshot kills is nearly impossible with this gun... But it's worth the effort specially with deadhead's increased heatshot damage when you need to kill the first enemy

If you dont like [Galvanized Scope], [Point Strike] or [Critical Delay] are good options (better if it isnt possible to headshot kill them most of the time)
If it's the same with [Hunter Munitions], [Heavy Caliber] might be an okay option but less worth than slash procs

Once you stack [Galvanized Aptitude], headshot kills are easier to get as long as slash doesnt finish the kill.
