Roar is not recommended because it can't be recast. [Caliban] has obnoxious cast times and cast delays with Sentient Wrath, which can be a pain with shieldgating!
If you don't have Arcane Energize, use either Molt Efficiency (more duration) or Arcane Aegis (12s shieldgate, what's not to love)
I suggest using AoE weapons because sentient wrath will fly people around.
