Hey my fellow tennos out there,

This is one of my favorite [Mesa] builds. After a long time playing with Mesa, I realized how I like to play with secondary weapons and made this build for all-mission kind.

This build is for you who most use secondary weapons, to max how much damage is done with secondaries, but not forgeting certain survivability.

If you want to run with a more powerful [Mesa], you can also use a Kitgun with maxed Pax Bolt arcane (On Headshot kill: 100% chance for +30% ability efficiency and +30% ability strength on the next ability used within 4s --- RANK 3)
