This is for those who agree that [Sanctuary] is useless. One forma build, works well.

You could use [Metal Fiber] over [Calculated Redirection] for a net gain of about ~350 effective health (accounting for the gain in eHP from shields and its 25% resistances), however, consider that with [Calculated Redirection], a larger portion of its eHP is fast regenerating at about 30 shields per second rather than just being a flat increased amount from metal fiber.

The weapon I use with this build is a vigilante/status [Cryotra]. If you want to use the [Sweeper Prime] that comes with it, swap out [Assault Mode] for [Carrier]'s default attack mod Striker so that [Sweeper] will target things that aren't outside its damage falloff range. If you don't have that, just leave [Assault Mode] completely unranked (although it isnt ideal compared to having Striker).
