This is a general-use [Valkyr] build focused on using [Eternal War] to buff your team's melee weapons.

Substitutes
Despite [Valkyr]'s high base armor, I exclude [Steel Fiber] in lieu of [Adaptation] due to Arcane [Guardian]. If you don't want to worry about [Adaptation] shenanigans, replace [Constitution] and [Adaptation] with [Augur Message] and [Steel Fiber].
