100% armor strip, good crits and constant overshields.
In case of energy loss cast the 3° then use arcane energize and zenurik(if you don't have the arcane at max).
I put normal [Intensify] and [Power Drift] as a power filler because of the cap at 200%, enough for the max armor strip.
Brief and some augur mods synergize well to keep the passive at full as overshields.
