Introduction
This is a general use [Mesa] setup focusing on Shatter Shield, Peacemaker, and Shooting Gallery. You use Peacemakers for damage while receiving damage reduction from Shatter Shield and bonus damage from Shooting Gallery.

I use [Mesa's Waltz] as I enjoy the freedom of movement it gives. If you do not want to use it, feel free to replace it with an Exilus Mod of your choice. [Vigilante Pursuit] is a good choice for Index; [Synth Reflex] is another good choice for getting in and out of Peacemakers faster.

You also have a lot of freedom in Aura choice. [Speed Holster] allows you to get in and out of Peacemakers faster, while [Growing Power] will let you stack even more Strength. I recommend using an Aura Forma on this Warframe so you can swap Auras as you need to.

If you want a tankier [Mesa], you can substitute [Adaptation] for [Augur Secrets] and possibly replace Arcane Velocity with Arcane [Guardian]. I do not find this necessary for any content, however.
