Archon Garuda Prime - Gloom

The new Archon Intensify pairs great with a subsumed [Sevagoth]'s Gloom, but requires that Health must actually be restored for the effect to work, which demands that the player first take damage.

Quickest way to do that is using Combat Discipline, but has the prerequisite of you needing to kill something first.

Enter Gloomy-[Garuda].

[Garuda] is able to use her 3, Blood Letting to trade HP for Energy. The Energy in turn fuels both Gloom and Quick Thinking, which provides you near-immortal status so long as you remember to dump your HP into Energy.

[Growing Power] provides you with 25% additional Ability Strength when proccing status. [Garuda] Primed [Talons] have a flat 36% status chance unmodded, so 1:3 chance of you proccing this before turning on Gloom.

Pain Threshold mitigates the knockback whenever Quick Thinking proccs, making sure you don't get stun-locked.

[Archon Intensify] provides you 30% Ability Strength and 30% more after you use Blood Letting and heal from Gloom.

[Blind Rage] provides us with 99% Ability Strength but 55% less efficiency. Since we're essentially pulling unlimited energy by sacrificing our HP and gaining HP back when we attack with Gloom, the loss of Efficiency is moot.

[Primed Continuity] gives us 55% Ability Duration and is a good flat way for us to reduce the cost of Gloom as we keep it running.

[Stretch] gives us 45% Ability Range for Gloom, catching more enemies in our circle. This also increases the range of [Dread] Mirror and Seeking [Talons], which isn't bad with 250% or more Ability Strength.

[Augur Secrets] and [Augur Reach] not only increase our Ability Strength and Ability Range, but also gives us bonus Shields whenever we cast [Dread] Mirror or Seeking [Talons]. Note that Blood Letting costs no Energy, thus does not give back Shields.
