[Neutron Star] augment is now nerfed, now requires line of sight. Use with Caution. Just use this anyway for the lulz.
Replace Nullstar with thermal sunder and [Neutron Star] with [Archon Vitality] for 2x heat procs
optional: add red archon shards for strength, + 2 yellow shards for casting speed (free [Natural Talent])

Arcanes replaceable with Arcane Energize or any Arcane you wish.
[Primed Flow] replaceable with [Archon Vitality] for bonus heat dmg.

MOVE OVER [Saryn] AND [Mirage], A NEW NUKER IS COMING YOUR WAY TO ESO, STEP ASIDE AND USE THIS BUILD.

how to do it:
1. press 3 until you see 30 energy
2. press 1 to spam (subsume it to 1, so Simaris won't be mad to you)
3. nuke them then wait for timer to refresh
4. repeat step 1

you probably heard of the old thermal sunder build lying around for [Harrow Prime] but that same thing still applies but [Nova Prime]'s ability is 50x better due to the augment buff, use this now before DE nerfs it again. This was observed from someone who have spent time on ESO in the asia server, observing someone who used [Harrow] with a null star nuke build. This build is NOT ORIGINALLY mine but to share it to THE WORLD
