Epidemic: Critical, Strain, Nidus-buddy, Endgame (themed) Helminth

Look up my builds for the rest of the build. Pretty fun.

[Overview]

I wanted a [Nidus] that could do pretty much everything I want endgame, while having the strain set, and a Helminth. This is kinda pointless as you have to make a few sacrifices in order to make it work. You'll also need something crazy like 30 forma. Wow.

MODS

• Link armor, Link Health

You'll be pairing this with a [Nidus], so it's just common sense.

• [Strain Eruption], [Strain Fever]

You're mainly doing this to MAKE BIG DOGGO. But the relatively tiny damage from the maggots is Percentage of Health based, which is NEATO. You could probably replace [Maul] with [Strain Fever], but there's really not too much to put in this build.

• [Animal Instinct], [Fetch]

Your QoL mods. You want radar, you want [Fetch]. I know some cool kids are just fine with using Larva to group everything up to get dropped in one spot, but golly, that's annoying.

• Pack Leader

Heal your pup by bashing things, which heals you. Seems like a no-brainer, especially when he gets crazy-high in HP.

• [Trample]

[Proboscis] is garbage to me. [Trample] less so, but [Trample] also looks cool with big doggo, and he uses it on your Larva. You can consider this a flex slot.

• [Hunter Synergy], [Maul]

These are your damage mods.

I can't ever figure out how to test this out best. Synergy and [Bite]? [Maul] and [Bite]? [Maul] and Synergy? Drop [Trample], get all 3? Hell, half the time it seems like my Helminth can't figure out how to [Bite] anyway. I believe Synergy+[Maul] to be the best possible combo between damage and crits.
