Goes along with the typical "[Phantasma] build", quick burst and as many chances of heat proc as possible. But in a very cheap build, for beginners and broke alikes.

I would also add for people interested in getting the Phantasma, with no experience with it, that it IS an excellent weapon. With only a few mods it can very easily sweep lvl 30-40 rooms. And do even better with an optimized set for stronger enemies, up to even the highest level possible in the game.
