Banshee Prime - Sonar (High Lvl Endurance) Tested vs lvl 170

Banshee Prime - High Lvl Sonar Build (endurance).

My take on Relentless Zen's Banshee Prime build - credit to him for the ideas. I tested this against lvl 170 squads and it's excellent. [Brief Respite] used to take advantage of the new shield gating effects. [Quick Thinking] is literally a lifesaver since it gives you a couple seconds when your health hits zero. [Rolling Guard] used for added survivability when [Quick Thinking] is in effect. I opted out of more duration because 1. Sonar can be spammed and 2. More opportunity to recast Silence to temporarily stun enemies.

Quick Breakdown of the build

[Brief Respite] works well here thanks to shield gating, as it converts 150% energy spent to shields while over shields are inactive.

  • Sonic Boom (1) Cast to emit a sonic shockwave that pushes targets in range with enough force to incapacitate or kill attackers.

    • Example of when to use this: [Quick Thinking] is in effect and health hits zero. Roll backwards to use Rolling Guard, then cast 1 to allow time for Brief Respite to kick in giving you shields back. You're back in the game now.
  • Sonar (2) Using acoustic location, Banshee's Sonar power finds and tracks enemies, and exposes critical weak spots to everyone in your squad.. Recast 2-3 times to fully coat them and increase the output damage. Enjoy the 10.5x damage multiplier.

    • Using her augment [Resonance] for Sonar. Kill enemies by hitting their weak spots to trigger another Sonar for 100% of remaining duration. Essentially allowing you to keep it active at all times just by slashing away.
  • Silence (3) Using this surrounds [Banshee] in an aura that stuns enemies and will limit their perceptions and tactical response to gunfire and Warframe attacks. The stun only lasts a few seconds, so you cast this first then use that grace period to cast Sonar. This aura will travel along with you so I opted for the base 20m radius, which is enough to work with.

  • Sound Quake (4) This looks way cool, but unfortunately this ability hardly even tickles high lvl enemies, so I don't even touch it.

Pair this build with Naramon focus school to ignore combo counter. Arcanes I chose were Energize to keep your energy pool up, and [Guardian] for extra comfort. Operator arcanes I use are Magus Elevate (quick health restoration) and Lockdown (easy CC).

My preferred weapon loadout - Attica or Corinth Prime (w/ crit multishot riven), Kuva Nukor (viral/radiation), and [Dual Keres] (toxin, condition overlaod, weeping wounds, crit mods). This will all allow you to hack away at enemies' weak points and clear rooms EZPZ.

Note - Exilus is forma'd with Zenurik to allow swapping [Brief Respite] for [Steel Charge] + [Power Drift].
