The last slot is for utility mods. I recommand to put some Attack Speed, [Berserker Fury] being the best to obtain top damages & [Primed Fury] being the best compromise for damages & comfort. You can obviously opt for a faction mod too.

I strongly advise to consider [Amalgam Organ Shatter] instead of the basic [Organ Shatter]. It is mostly for comfort, but as the [Machete] melee category has one of the highest heavy attack bonus (AND bonus slash proc), you should use your heavy attack quite often, especially to take down elites enemies.

If you don't have [Primed Fever Strike] or you don't want to put 2 formas on the [Slaytra], you can simply swap for the basic [Fever Strike].
