The idea behind this build is to ensure status procs trigger as much as possible. With 142% status chance, the arcane will trigger every shot, sometimes twice per shot. Crit chance and crit multipliers are too low on this weapon to warrant wasting mod space. A desirable riven would increase status chance, duration, or overall damage.
