Disclaimer: Enemies tend to die quickly which can cause sadness to some players.

Before I start, this build is originally Corgigoro's build which is still the top build for [Orthos Prime] here on this site for more than 3 years and is still the best I've seen so far on a melee.

It's not a burst build if you expect the enemies to die from the first swing but what this build does is stack your melee combo to the max in so little time, keep that combo count for a long, and keep massacring everything in a huge range with just a little swing.

Recommended focus?

Using Power Spike from Naramon removes the need for [Body Count] mod which opens that mod slot up for:

1. A Riven!
2. Berserker; gives a 70% attack speed increase which means more damage and faster combo generation.

Naramoon with Berserker transformed this weapon from just an average melee to the best melee in the game, and that was calculated using the same build in each weapon and comparing the best build for each weapon with [Orthos Prime] stats.

P.S.
I don't know much about Tennokai mods but I picked what I thought was best to increase the Tennokai occurrence chance, critical chance, and critical damage.
