Just saw that Prime [Talons] were added here, so here's a copy of my [Garuda] build that I posted a while back. Same deal, constant (decently) high red crits at 7x combo. Pair with Dexterity Arcanes for more combo duration and/or Adarza Kavat for orange/red crits even earlier. Feel free to tweak if needed, I know this isn't as good as these bad boys can get but I am simply bad at making builds. [Garuda] is just my main and I took some advice from this site to make this build. Enjoy :)
