So, Synth Charge is usually pretty bad...

However, Zephyr's Tornadoes pass the weapon's damage to each enemy in range... Which means that many more chances to proc Magnus Prime's Chamber Cascade. And if you proc Chamber Cascade on the final shot, and go to 0 ammo in the magazine... Every following shot while at 0 ammo remaining will benefit from Synth Charge. That's a lotta damage!
