His passive gives him 1% of crit chance per 40 points of shield. With this build, we [Reach] 3300 shields, with 1200 overshields, for a total of about 110% Crit chance buffed.

On this build, we use both [Primed Redirection] and [Primed Vigor] to give us as much shields as possible while still remaining a good warframe in terms of our abilities. Any more, and we start to lose power in them.

We use the Umbral Mods, [Primed Continuity], [Streamline] and [Augur Message] to fill out the rest of our stats.

Molt Augmented gets us up to 210 ability strength. We need 165% for full armor strip with [Corrosive Projection], but you need 200% for full armor strip without it.

[Adaptation]'s protection applies to shields, which is why we use it, since it will provide us more damage reduction than armor ever would.

We use Arcane Energize to stay fuelled up, and Molt Augmented in order to get more Ability Strength without using Mod Capacity. Styanax LOVES long missions, so this Arcane is amazing!

Couple of Styanax FAQs:

1. Why Umbral Vitality / [Vigor]? Couldn't you save Space by using other mods that only give shield?
   A: Yes, however, it shouldn't be forgotten that his 2nd ability, Tharros Strike, heals him. It makes sense to have some health to heal, and makes it safer on playing him in higher level content.

2: Why not Arcane Aegis?
A: Arcane Aegis doesn't generate Overshields. Ideally, we should always have Overshields, due to Rally Point!

3: Why no Umbral Fiber / Why no armor?
A: Armor does not apply to shields. Adaptation does.

4: Can I helminth over a different ability? / Why Resonator?
A: Yes! You can also Helminth over his 1st ability, although I found it to be most useful over his 4th. Resonator is chosen because it will override the Aggro that Rally Point pulls to [Styanax], ensuring enemies don't kill you immediately on cast.

5: Are there any upgrades to this that could be made with an Umbral Forma?
A: Yes! You can upgrade the build by adding [Primed Sure Footed], if you want to use an Umbral Forma.

6: Why do we need 200% Ability Strength?
A: 200% Strength is when our 2nd ability does 100% Armor Strip.

UPDATE ARCHON SHARDS:

Use Crimson Archon Shards for Duration on this build. Armor doesn't do anything cause most of our health will always be in shields.
