I've tested this build. It actually works. It's basically my AKM2 Vauban build, except more loot, more loadout restrictions, and less brain-optional AFK. As such, play this build in missions where you know you can camp in one spot for a while.
Energy economy is a bit tight, but playable without Energize. Cost to set up in a new spot is 275 energy across 3 abilities, so you definitely want to play a different Khora build if you're playing a more run-and-gun mission type.

Loadout recs

Definitely bring a primer primary and secondary. Dexterity arcanes highly recommended to extend combo duration; this is a significant multiplier to your damage.

My preferred primers:

• Alternox alt-fire
• [Ferrox] throw
• [Vermisplicer], primary or secondary
• [Staticor] charged shots

This build is highly dependent on a stat stick. If you've got a riven with a high dispo and good stats (some combination of +dmg +cc +cd +elem -harmless) go ahead and use that. Otherwise, run a stat stick build on [Kuva Shildeg], [Tenet Agendus], or [Tenet Exec].

Some people recommend 60% toxin bonus and a viral build on the stat stick. I think those people are hyperfocusing on upfront damage and failing to see the bigger math picture. For a lot of math reasons, I run this gas/elec stat stick build on my elec bonus Agendus, relying on my primers to cover viral/corr/heat procs. This actually results in better upfront damage than a viral stat stick build, plus it applies extra lingering splash damage that the viral build doesn't offer.

Variants

If you don't need [Venari Bodyguard]: drop it, move [Augur Reach] into the empty slot, move Spectrorage to 3, add PCont to the V polarity.

Aura slot is free. I prefer [Swift Momentum] to help keep combo up.

Exilus slot is free. You can run PSF if you want, just switch exilus to D. I personally prefer [Synth Reflex].

How to play this build

1. Spectrorage.
2. 4.
3. Cast 4 again if you have energy.
4. Use any primers you have.
5. haha whip go brrrrr
6. Repeat from the top if Spectrorage is down.
