The stat stick build referenced in my Oprah Whipfury [Khora] build. This is the stat stick build I use to boost Whipclaw.

If you have yet to master Agendus: 5 forma (5V). This is what's displayed.
If you have already mastered Agendus: 3 forma (3V).

If you have a riven with favorable stats (+dmg +cc +cd +elem -harmless) on a weapon with high dispo, use this build on that weapon and slot the riven over Glad Might.

For math reasons...

There's a choice between Sac P and PPP, as well as two more mod slots chosen between Sac Steel, Spoiled Strike, 60% elemental, and Glad Might.
Sac 2/2 + Glad Might turns out to be the strongest option in the search space.
