MOD REASONING:

[Rolling Guard]+Arcane Aegis for shield gating. You don't need anything else to stay alive.

[Augur Reach] is an absolute must on this build.

Efficiency takes an L with [Blind Rage], but you don't need efficiency anyways.

[Natural Talent] is there primarily for your 4th ability, but I also decided ONLY to use [Primed Continuity] for Duration, so these 2 mods combined will compensate for the slight lack of extra Duration.

[Corrosive Projection] can be swapped out for [Growing Power] if you have a good status weapon.

[Primed Sure Footed] is for cowards but you can also put it on there if you're scared and forma [Stretch] or [Natural Talent] instead. Wimp.

HOW TO USE THIS BUILD:

Begin by using Condemn to build up Overshields. Once you have ~2,400+ shields, cast Covenant and then cast Penance, then cast Condemn again.

And that's it. You cast condemn to farm shields, then use Covenant to mitigate any risk from using Penance and give yourself enough time to [Recover] your shields before the timer runs out. This not only ignores your one weakness, but you also gain Fire Rate, Reload Speed, AOE Healing, and Crit Chance for you and the whole squad in the process.

If you are running low on Energy, pop Thurible to get it all back. Or if a teammate asks nicely.

Additionally, if you happen to get 2,400+ shields again before Penance runs out, you can do the process again to stack your remaining time on Penance. I generally like to top it off, as you can max it out at 120 seconds of Penance uptime. In other words, you can keep Penance up and active the entire mission.
