Build absolutely shreds pretty much any enemy, orange and red crits pretty much every time with extremely potent bleed procs. The build is 7 forma (plus guilding), and 8 if you decide to use the exilus slot. I opted for [Galvanized Shot] due to the decent status chance given with it as well as the slash, impact, and radiation procs you will be causing. Performs well in any Grineer, corrupt, or infested steel path mission. Only downside is that it somewhat struggles with high level corpus shields until you proc a bleed. Overall, I believe this pistol should be S tier.

As for the riven, if you do not have one, use a primed bane mod.
