This is just a lazy build. I don't have Limbo Prime yet, and don't want to waste plat on a frame that I'll eventually replace. Realistically, his stats don't get a ton better with a reactor anyway.

Underleveled Cunning Drift can easily be dropped, or maxed if using regular Continuity in place of Primed Continuity.

Aura is can be replaced with Enemy Radar or Sprint Boost.

I also left off arcanes since anyone who uses this build probably doesn't have a lot of rank 5 arcanes anyway.
