This thing with [Primed Fulmination] has an insane blast radius of 16m with a fully charged shot (Kuva Orgis has 13m range per rocket to put that into perspective), and this build has no problem dealing with level 190 Heavy gunners once you get a couple galvanized/Merciless stacks.
