This is a general use Zephyr build focusing on Turbulence for defense, mobility, and synergy with certain weapons and Funnel Clouds for high DPS in close quarters and CC.
Rolling Guard and Shield Gating combine to help you survive damage that does go through Turbulence, such as Bombard rockets or melee attacks.
Funnel Clouds is a consistent CC ability; however, it is also able to do huge damage if the tornadoes are concentrated in one area. These situations are uncommon in normal gameplay as the tornadoes will seek out enemies, but it's worth keeping in mind when the situation presents itself.
Jet Stream is generally best used on weapons like Catchmoon or Arca Plasmor to drastically increase their range, as the distance of their shots scales based on Projectile Flight Speed. Change Arcane Precision to the Arcane that best benefits your main weapon. Keep in mind that you won't proc Arcane Avenger consistently, as Turbulence prevents you from being hit.
If you like Zephyr's Passive, replace Anchored Glide with Power Drift.
