My main build for my stomp the yard [Nidus].

This build does require an Umbra Forma to make possible (a 2nd one to max out all umbra mods), so that's a thing. Best of all worlds: power strength, range, duration, survivability, and even energy. Yes, your efficiency is low, but with [Hunter Adrenaline] and running zenurik, there's no need for it. Yes, it is 6 forma and 1 umbral, but once you get your first stack its over.

As for arcanes I suggest at least arcane [Guardian] and pick your poison for your second, or not, I'm not a warframe cop.
